That's the beauty of this system.  If you send messages to the Pathetic, they just get pissed off and then create a "sucks" site about you or create a YouTube video about how lame and clueless you are.

Seriously though, when people stop even opening your promotional e-mails, it's time to get them off the list.  That's called supporting the Brand Image.  If you have a Brand Image, that is.

Or, maybe your Brand Image is "they keep sending me lame shit".  If so, keep sending those messages, your Brand support is appreciated...</description>
